Today was a great day for us here in Malaysia. We went into it with three races to go and came away with three victories. This put us on 8 wins – 3 losses drawing us level at the top with flying, fellow, kiwi William Tiller. Unfortunately for us we lost the tie on countback putting us in 2nd place at the conclusion of the round robin.

This is not only a great result for us but as a team we really started to click today, with good starts and sailing fast around the track. So hopefully we can continue building the momentum and come out firing tomorrow in our quarter final against Peter Gilmour.

The series will be a best of five, first to three points.

Stay tuned!
